How to Clear Login Cache and Authorization in the AllSafe App


If you are having trouble logging in to the AllSafe App, you may need to clear your login cache and reset the authorization.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the AllSafe App desktop app and click Help > About.

  1. Click Clear Login Cache. If asked to confirm, click Yes.

  1. Click Clear Authorization. If asked to confirm, click Yes.

  1. The app will restart and you should now be able to log in.

  2. If you use the browser version of the AllSafe App (app.allsafeit.com), you may need to clear your browser cache as well.

  3. If you are still unable to login after trying the above steps, please email us at helpdesk@allsafeit.com so we can troubleshoot further.
