Here's how it works:

  • Every time we close a support ticket, you will receive an email with a quick survey to rate your experience. All you have to do is click on the corresponding icon to indicate whether your interaction was positive, neutral, or negative.
  • Leave a comment explaining your sentiment. If you chose a neutral or negative option, we would love to understand the reasons behind your selection and hear your suggestions on how we can enhance our services to better meet your needs. Only feedback with comments will be entered in the sweepstakes.

As a token of our appreciation for your time and effort, all clients who provide feedback with a comment will be automatically entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win a $100 gift card of your choice (subject to availability). It's our way of saying thank you for helping us serve you better!

At the end of each month, we will randomly select one lucky winner. So keep an eye on your inbox after each support ticket closure, and be sure to click, rate, and comment! The more feedback you provide, the more chances you have to win!

Client Feedback Promotion Official Rules:

Eligibility:

  • The Client Feedback Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all clients of AllSafe IT who have received a support ticket closure email with a survey during the promotion period.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.
  • Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of AllSafe IT are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period:

  • The Promotion begins in May 2024 and will continue until further notice. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible for the Promotion.

How to Enter:

  • Participants will automatically receive an entry into the Promotion when they provide feedback with a comment in response to the survey included in the support ticket closure email. Each completed survey with a comment will count as one entry. Only one entry will be accepted per support ticket.
  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Promotion.

Winner Selection:

  • At the end of each month during the promotion period, AllSafe IT will randomly select one winner from the pool of eligible entries received within that calendar month.
  • The random selection will be conducted using an unbiased, computerized system.
  • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received each month.

Prize:

  • Each winner will receive a $100 gift card of their choice.
  • Winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) days following the end of each month during the promotion period. They will be asked to provide their chosen merchant for the gift card, plus up to three alternatives in case we are unable to obtain their first choice. Gift card selection is subject to availability.
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  • AllSafe IT reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prohibited Actions:

  • Participants are prohibited from creating fake or frivolous support tickets solely for the purpose of entering the Promotion. Any such entries will be deemed ineligible, and participants found engaging in this activity may be disqualified from the Promotion at the discretion of AllSafe IT.

General Conditions:

  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to abide by these official promotion rules and the decisions of AllSafe IT, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
  • AllSafe IT reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these rules or tampering with the entry process.
  • AllSafe IT is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the entry process or the administration of the Promotion.

Privacy:

  • Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with AllSafe IT's privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • The Promotion and these official promotion rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
